The Honeywell ABP2 HP/HT Sensor Provides Enhanced Robustness and Durability within High Pressure and High Temperature Applications.

Honeywell has release its latest innovation, the ABP2 High Pressure / High Temperature (HP/HT) sensors, revolutionising board mount pressure sensing to cover pressure measurement needs in high pressure and high temperature environments. Sensors in these environments face additional challenges from shock, vibration, and pressure spikes in addition to the usual application design requirements.

With an additional layer of shock-proof adhesive around the upper housing to provide enhanced robustness and increase the burst pressure resistance to greater than 40 bar (580 psi), the ABP2 HP/HT is designed and manufactured to address these challenges while maintaining the same key benefits that customers love and appreciate about the parent ABP2 product line. The HP/HT maintains the ABP2 series’ reputation for high accuracies, with error rates of as little as 1.5% full scale span.
