The connector system for quick, easy, and safe bus cabling and signal applications. It meets all the requirements of modern building installation.

Low-Voltage Technology
These connectors are used to distribute signals in buildings, in parallel to the distribution of power. Mechanical coding and clear assignment with different colors facilitate assembly. Complex installations can be realized with just four basic components – from the sub-distribution unit to any point of use. The connectors come as male and female connectors complete with strain relief and can be used to connect any current type of cable.
The BST14 are designed according to the KNX manual.
The 5G2.5/4+2X1.5 flat cable with shielded bus, as per the KNX manual, is available for the combined distribution of energy and signals.
Best Choice Value Program
This product is part of our exclusive Best Choice program and has been carefully selected to provide you with maximum efficiency, reliability, and flexibility.

APO: Active Safety for High Voltage Systems
Electrification is advancing across all industries – from electric vehicles and charging infrastructure to energy storage, aerospace, and fuel cells. As a result, the demand for reliable protection mechanisms in high-voltage systems is increasing. With the new Pyrofuse-APO Series, Schurter launches a fuse technology that sets a new benchmark for safety.
Unlike conventional fuses, the APO Fuse operates actively. In the event of a short circuit or accident, the control unit sends a trigger signal to an integrated micro gas generator. Within milliseconds, the generator produces high pressure that drives a piston to mechanically sever the solid copper busbar. The resulting arc is safely suppressed in a dedicated extinguishing chamber. The outcome is a complete galvanic isolation in less than two milliseconds – with measured values as fast as 0.9 ms.
The APO Series is rated for operating voltages up to 1000 volts and continuous currents up to 400 amperes. With an ultra-low internal resistance in the range of only a few dozen micro-ohms, power losses and temperature rise remain minimal. Its high breaking capacity ensures safe interruption even under extreme short-circuit conditions, while the fully encapsulated design prevents the release of gases or particles.
This unique combination of speed, robustness, and efficiency guarantees maximum system safety. At the same time, the compact design allows for seamless integration into existing architectures and relieves downstream components such as contactors.
With the Pyrofuse-APO Series, Schurter strengthens its position as a technology partner for emobility and the energy transition. Whether in electric vehicles, aerospace applications, or stationary storage systems, the APO Fuse ensures that high-voltage systems remain reliably protected – even under the most demanding conditions.

RTY Dual Output Sensors - Designed to provide non-contact sensing in harsh transportation and industrial applications

The Honeywell RTY Dual Output Hall-effect Rotary Position Sensors are designed to provide non-contact sensing in harsh transportation and industrial applications with safety redundancy.
The rise of smarter controls in transportation and industrial equipment has been enabled by accurate, reliable, and rugged sensing technology. Hall-effect style sensors provide a portable, non-contact solution that can handle tough operating conditions in these environments.
The RTY Dual Output Series joins the extensive Honeywell portfolio of rugged and reliable Hall-effect Rotary Position Sensors. The addition of the RTY Dual Output Series brings the durability and reliability of our Rotary Position Sensors into customer applications requiring safety redundancy.
About RTY Dual Output Sensors:
The RTY Series Hall-effect Rotary Position Sensors provide non-contact sensing in harsh transportation and industrial applications at a competitive cost.
These shaft activated products are available in two versions: an integral shaft with or without a lever. The lever may allow customers to reduce the number of mechanical linkages required for their applications, which may reduce the cost of the overall customer solution.
These products use a magnetically biased, Hall-effect integrated circuit (IC) to sense rotary movement of the actuator over a set operating range. Rotation of the actuator changes the magnet’s position relative to the IC. The resulting flux density change is converted to a linear output.

MCBs are essential components in electrical systems. They are designed to protect applications and electrical loads against the dangerous consequences of overcurrents.
While MCBs according to UL 1077 provide additional protection for low voltage applications, the MCBs according to UL 489 are designed to provide reliable protection for a wide range of applications and voltage ranges.
Our thermal-magnetic MCB portfolio (4230-T) includes both UL 1077 and UL 489 versions have rated currents from 1 to 63 A with different characteristics and numbers of poles. The 4230-T…U product group (UL 489) is suitable for circuit protection in AC or DC networks, the 4230-T…E product group (UL 1077 / EN 60947-2) is designed for additional protection.
The UL 508A standard specifies the requirements for the construction and installation of control panels to ensure that they comply with electrical safety standards. Among other things, the standard covers the design, wiring and operation of control panels and guarantees that they can control electrical systems safely and reliably.
Our 4230-T MCB is suitable for use in switchgear according to UL 508A. Each load can be individually protected according to the standard.
