Schurter Presents the New Wire Harness Service for its IEC connector and Filter Products
Schurter expands the product service for its connector families with a wire harness service offering. The large Schurter product assortment of IEC connectors and filter products can now be ordered together with a complete interconnection solution according to customer specific requirements through Schurters's website.
Schurter delivers custom fit wire harness and cables with its components. The wire harness service includes several types of ready to install wires, cables or wire harnesses with custom specific end terminal connections. The Schurter products such as IEC 320 connectors and filter products with quick connect, solder or screw on terminals can be assembled with above custom specific interconnection solutions. Products which are already available with integrated wire connections can be furnished with custom specific wire lengths and cable end terminals. Initial product samples will be assembled and provided for customer approval. Accordingly smaller and larger quantities can be manufactured and delivered. The wire harness service for other products such as fuseholders, voltage selectors, and switches will be expanded in the near future.

Finder has announced the introduction of a pair of panel thermostats designed to maintain constant temperature levels in control panels and enclosures. Suiting the needs of both simple and sophisticated heating and ventilation systems, the 7T Series thermostats help to improve component reliability and preserve instrumentation accuracy through enhanced temperature setting and control.
With red or blue temperature setting dials to clearly identify the heating and ventilation variants, the 7T thermostats are IP20 rated and come in slim 17.5mm rail mounting housings, ensuring easy installation and usage in compact panel designs.
A temperature setting range of between 0 and 60ºC makes them suitable for a wide range of environments, while their snap action bi-metallic sensor means a positive switching action and a long electrical life (100,000 cycles). The thermostats’ output contact (normally closed for heating control, normally open for ventilation control) is rated at 250VAC, 10A, enabling them to directly switch heater or fan loads up to 2500VA AC1 and 250VA AC15.

Crydom, a brand of Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST) and global expert in solid state switching technology, has expanded its Series H1 of high voltage AC output Solid State Relays.
Complementing the successful Crydom Series H1 1200 Volt Blocking models, the new models now offer even higher levels of breakdown voltage and noise immunity (>1600 volts) for applications in installations where electrical transients are common and might otherwise damage less robust SSRs. The new Crydom Series H1 models include AC output ratings up to 90 amps at 660 VAC, with available control voltage of 4 to 32 VDC.
The Series H1 1600 Volt Blocking models feature 4000 VAC optical isolation, optional LED input status indicator, optional installed thermal pad and are available in either Zero Voltage or Random Turn-On versions. In addition to its non-contact design, the lack of electronics, and the use of space-qualified materials, the Hawk™ Resolvers meet multiple military/aerospace specifications: DO-160D, MIL-STD-202G, MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-81963B, MIL-STD-461F, andcomply with space outgassing requirement SP-R0022.
The fully housed configuration with bearing/shaft has a small outer diameter of 1 inch, which allows for use in size-restricted applications. The single speed operation (1 magnetic pole pair) allows for cost-effective angle resolution over a 360°+ range, and the wide excitation frequency range of 2000 Hz to 5000 Hz provides a wide variety of choices with which to power the device. The transformation ratio of 0.45 or 1.0 offers customers two choices, increasing flexibility within the application.
