This convenient and high quality 36-pole terminal block features professional rising clamp terminals and is rated 24A/250VAC.
Manufactured from UL94-0 flame-retardant polycarbonate, the 36-pole terminal block has zinc-plated steel rising clamps designed to accept solid or stranded cable from 0.2mm to 3.6mm². It features tinned, nickel-plated brass pins/terminals with guided pin alignment and anti-solder wicking to ensure correct and clean connections. Recommended PCB hole is 1.3mm in diameter.
Electrical characteristics are: dielectric strength ≥ 2.5kV and 4kV impulse withstand voltage. Working temperature qualification is 100degC.

Hylec-APL, the specialist supplier of electrical components and enclosures, has launched a new 5mm x 20mm PCB fuse holder, the DFH02, for either PCB or thru-hole mounting. The DFH02 features a transparent insulation cover which provides protection for the fuse and makes installation and removal simple. This style of fuse holder is the most popular and best-selling type of fuse holder on the market.
Suitable for use in all types of circuits, Hylec’s DFH02 PCB fuse holders provide a secure and safe method for mounting fuses on all types of PCBs and eliminate the problems associated with using fuse clips on a PCB. Easier to install than fuse clips, DFH02 fuse holders are also low-cost and ensure a reliable electrical and mechanical connection.
The 22.6mm pitch DFH02 can be mounted direct to the PCB in horizontal orientation or thru-hole mounted for vertical orientation. Electrical rating is 6.3A at 250VAC maximum.
The base material is thermoplastic, PA66 glass-filled, offering mechanical strength and excellent dimensional stability. It meets UL94V-0 flame-retardancy standards. The transparent insulation cover is rated UL94-V2.

Measuring only 80mm wide x 35mm deep and 25mm high - 50% smaller than the Debox S by cubic volume - Debox SM40 is the newest addition to Hylec’s very successful Debox family of in-line junction boxes for electrical contractors and electricians.
Debox SM40 saves electrical contractors time during installations, particularly on lighting projects. Despite its small size, the Debox SM40 offers generous cable management space internally and can be wired in seconds. Using Debox SM40 simply requires the installer to insert the cables into the 4-pole terminal block and tighten the terminal screws, lower the tool-less cable clamps and secure the lid with the supplied locking clip. The locking clip can only be opened with a tool, which complies with current regulations. Debox SM40 is supplied with a spare locking clip, so that should it need to be re-opened subsequent to initial fitting, it can be re-secured with the second locking clip. Debox SM40 is supplied complete with all components, including a 4-pole terminal block suitable for round cables, maximum 24A. Debox SL2 is the smallest junction box with five poles on the market and the only product supplied complete with 5 screw free terminals: each individual 32A lever connector can take up to three conductors. Debox SL2 saves professional electrical contractors valuable time and makes installation easier for smaller and larger internal wiring jobs, as everything needed is supplied with the box and there is no need to use a screwdriver to securely join wires. Thanks to its design, Debox SL2 ends the frustration of dropping tiny screws on the floor, which then have to be retrieved, or not having required components on hand.
A first to the market from Hylec, Debox SL2 is a registered design and suitable for joining either flat or round profile cable with a minimum conductor size of 0.5mm and a maximum of 2.5mm. It is simple to use - after inserting cables and closing the levers, the lid of the box is simply snapped shut and secured with the butterfly clip supplied. To enable the Debox SL2 to be re-opened requires a tool, which complies with current regulations.
Safety is always paramount for electrical components and the Debox range, including the new Debox SL2, is flame retardant to UL940V 0 and conforms to the EN60598-1 (13.2.2) Glow Wire Test. Debox SL2 measures a compact 116mm x 45mm x 33mm and is manufactured from white polypropylene. Needing no special tools, the TLM Series offers fast connection for wire sizes between 0.05mm² and 8.37mm² and are shock-resistant. Devices within the TLM Series are available in multiple styles and pitches to offer designers optimum flexibility in design and the possibility of saving valuable PCB real estate.
Just a short description of a few of the terminal blocks within the TLM Series illustrates the breadth of this comprehensive series. The TLM250C is available from 2-pole, has a sprung screwless push wave design with long pin close to the side cover. On a 2.50mm pitch, rated voltage is 250V, rated current 2A and minimum wire size AWG20. The TLM250D models are the short pin close to side cover equivalent, again rated for 2A/250V. New rectangular semi-enclosed PCB fuse holders are now available from Hylec-APL, the specialist supplier of electrical components and enclosures. Manufactured from flame-retardant UL94 V0 Polyamide in accordance with IEC 127-6, these fuse holders are a high quality, competitively priced product which comply with multiple approval standards, including the latest EN Glow Wire Test standards at 850degC. The fuse carriers and retainers are finger proof to avoid damage to the fuse during placement on the PCB. Enclosed contacts are a further feature of the new rectangular fuse holders, again safeguarding them from damage during assembly.
Designed for PCB mounting on a 22.6mm pin pitch, with a PCB hole size of 1.5mm, the DFH14N fuse holder (including spigot) and the DFH14HBN fuse carrier are rated to 6.3A/250V. Contact material is tinned nickel plated brass and contact resistance is <5mΩ. Power dissipation is 2.5W and dielectric strength 3KV/60°.
