DD11 and DD21 – New with Rotated Switch
The Schurter DD11 and DD21 power entry modules, which are already used in a variety of applications, are now available in a version with a rotated switch. This meets the specific requirements of medical applications where the switch (rocker) must be rotated by 180°: the switch-on position is at the top and the switch-off position is at the bottom.
With their ultra-compact design, the power entry modules DD11 and DD21 are the ideal choice for low-profile designs. They are all-in-one solutions comprising an IEC C14 connector, a fuse holder and a switch. All the individual components are pre-wired. This significantly reduces assembly time. The compact design and three-in-one functionality allow less space to be used in the equipment. The power entry modules DD11 and DD21 are ideal for applications involving high transient loads.
New with 180° Rotated Switch
Schurter newly offers two different variants with switch-on and -off position rotated by 180°, thus meeting the requirements of many medical electronic applications.
V-Lock Cord Retention
All DD11 and DD21 modules, including these new variants with rotated switch, are equipped with the proven V-Lock cord retention system as standard.
Application Areas
The new variants are suitable for applications according to IEC/UL 62368-1 (Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment), IEC 60601-1 (Medical electrical equipment) and IEC 60335-1 (Electrical appliances for household and similar purposes). They also meet the requirements for appliances in unattended use. This includes the enhanced requirements of glow wire tests acc. to IEC 60695-2-11 or -12 & -13.

DG11 – With Additional Magnetic Release
The Schurter DG11 power entry module, which has been optimized and proven over many years, is now available in a version with an additional magnetic release to protect against very high overcurrent (short circuit).
Circuit breakers are usually designed according to the thermal principle with a bimetal. If a defined temperature is exceeded due to the overcurrent, the circuit is interrupted. Once the bimetal has cooled down, the device is ready for use again. However, this process is very slow. For this reason, thermal circuit breakers are usually combined with a fuse.
New with Additional Magnetic Module
Schurter is upgrading its TA35 2-pole miniature circuit-breakers with an additional, optional magnetic module. From now on, no additional fuse is required for the thermal-magnetic versions. Depending on the application, the magnetic modules are available with both slow and fast characteristics.
V-Lock Cord Retention
The new versions of the DG11 connectors are equipped with the proven V-Lock cord retention protection as standard.
Splash- and Dustproof: IP67
The DG11 power entry module is fitted with special sealing elements (gaskets) to achieve the very high degree of protection IP67.
Application Areas
Wherever dirt, dust particles or water occurs, and the highest safety standards are required, these new Schurter power entry modules are the perfect choice. Typical areas of application are harsh industrial environments or demanding medical applications where cleaning and disinfection as well as maximum protection against overcurrent (short circuit) are required.

Schurter ADO Automotive Fuses for High Voltages
The new Schurter ADO series is a fuse with a rated current range of 10 to 63 A and a maximum operating current of 40 A at 1000 VDC. It is designed for applications in direct current systems up to 1000 VDC and is particularly suitable for use in electric vehicles.
The fuse has a fast tripping characteristic, high current carrying capacity and good vibration resistance. The ADO series is UL-certified for 500 VDC. Technological features such as a patented filler formulation and special curing processes ensure safe arc extinguishing and prevent secondary arcing.
Mounting Options
A total of 4 mounting options are provided in the Schurter ADO fuse family. In addition to a conventional variant for PCB assembly, there are 3 for screw mounting. The screw variants ensure a firm, mechanical fit even in the event of strong vibrations. They are also ideal for applications where high currents flow, as the contact resistance is low. The screw variant also offers advantages in terms of maintenance (can be replaced after tripping).

With the MSS-IO, Schurter is entering the field of bidirectional communication via switches in industrial automation. The MSS-IO is based on the successful Schurter MSS electronic switch, which has been expanded to include an IO-Link module.
The MSS-IO switch from Schurter is based on wear-free resistance measurement and completely avoids mechanical components. Instead of capacitive technology, a precise change in electrical resistance is used for switch detection: sensitive enough to detect the smallest changes in pressure, robust enough for industrial series processes. Ultrarugged, precise and easy to integrate.
IO-Link Interface
The IO-Link interface allows bidirectional communication, parameterization during operation and real-time diagnostics. The connection is made via standard M12 connectors. Predictive maintenance and simple integration into existing Industry 4.0 environments are guaranteed.
Features
Easy to Clean
Thanks to the closed surface, the switch is insensitive to water, dirt and cleaning substances. This is a clear advantage in hygienically sensitive areas such as food processing or laboratory automation. The absence of moving parts minimizes the maintenance effort and increases the service life enormously.

The Honeywell ABP2 HP/HT Sensor Provides Enhanced Robustness and Durability within High Pressure and High Temperature Applications.
Honeywell has release its latest innovation, the ABP2 High Pressure / High Temperature (HP/HT) sensors, revolutionising board mount pressure sensing to cover pressure measurement needs in high pressure and high temperature environments. Sensors in these environments face additional challenges from shock, vibration, and pressure spikes in addition to the usual application design requirements.
With an additional layer of shock-proof adhesive around the upper housing to provide enhanced robustness and increase the burst pressure resistance to greater than 40 bar (580 psi), the ABP2 HP/HT is designed and manufactured to address these challenges while maintaining the same key benefits that customers love and appreciate about the parent ABP2 product line. The HP/HT maintains the ABP2 series’ reputation for high accuracies, with error rates of as little as 1.5% full scale span.
Designed with versatility in mind, ABP2 HP/HT sensors are offered with the specific port and package types that are recommended for high temperature and high pressure applications. The sensors’ long-term stability and reliability make them a preferred choice for critical and sensitive systems, where minimising system downtime and reducing costly repairs is imperative.
As we continue to innovate in the realm of pressure sensing, Honeywell remains committed to providing advanced solutions that empower industries and improve standards worldwide. We look forward to seeing the impact of ABP2 HP/HT sensors across various applications.
Features:
The Honeywell ABP2 HP/HT is a cost effective, high-performance MEMs pressure sensor with high accuracy, reliability and long-term stability. AC Synchronous Motors are the best solution for applications that require constant movement and a low torque, like in in medical equipment, valves, pumps and water treatment. Their rotation speed is directly proportional to the supply frequency, that means it’s always constant and independent from the load.
DC Stepper Motors are a great choice for simple applications that require long durability and easy integration, like small HVAC systems, photocopy machines, plot-ters, medical pumps and drip feeders, or vending and gaming machines.
To meet the perfect speed and torque levels for the great majority of applications, we offer a complete range of gearboxes, with a wide variety of ratios, for adjusting our motors.
Each gearbox has been designed for a specific workload and optimized for a long mechanical life, with a big capacity to absorb the maximum torque in continus movement.
