Our power relays are designed to withstand the tough requirements of the commercial vehicle industry, especially for construction and agricultural machinery. With the new plug-in connector compatible with the HDSCS series we are now also part of the connection technology in modern on-board electrical systems.
The plug-in connector is made of robust thermoplastic with flammability class UL94 V0 and has an integrated secondary interlock with poka-yoke principle. Even under the toughest conditions the control connections can no longer come loose.
The cables can already be precut. During final assembly of the vehicle they are only to be plugged in and locked. Special tools such as tightening torques, Torx bits, crimping tools for cable sockets etc. are no longer required during final assembly.
The reverse polarity protected plug-in connection ensures a clear assignment of the control contacts.
The plug-in connector provides a robust and save connection. It is protected with IP 5k4 against penetrating dust and water.

Expanded Standard Portfolio

Subminiature Microswitch

UPS:

Should there be a dropout or failure of the main supply, the battery instantly takes over so that the load never experiences an interruption. Other UPS schemes may use an internal combustion engine or turbine to supply power during a utility power outage and the amount of battery time is then dependent upon how long it takes the generator to come online. Such arrangements are found, for example, in hospitals, datacenters, call centers, cell sites and telephone central offices.
