Integrated System
The SmartWire-DT system includes a wide range of components, which can be quickly and easily connected, either directly via the integrated interface or via function modules. The available components include pilot devices, contactors, motor starters, variable frequency drives and hydraulic modules. SmartWire-DT can be easily integrated into existing applications via the SWD gateway, and the system can either be connected to a PLC via industrial communication protocols, or to an Eaton HMI/PLC touch display with integrated SmartWire-DT interface.
A Simple Plug-And-Work Solution
Depending on the selected bus system of the higher-level controller, up to 99 modules can be connected using a single SmartWire-DT cable, with a total length of up to 600 m. The SmartWire-DT connection cable forms the heart of the system. A ribbon cable is used to connect switchgear inside the control panel, while a round cable connects sensors and actuators to IP67 SWD devices outside of it. The strengths of this intelligent system are particularly evident when it comes to the design and construction of standard machines. The SWD connectors can easily be pre-configured on the ribbon cable, which saves time during project planning and wiring. The connectors also prevent wiring errors, which reduces the time required for wire testing and commissioning by up to 70%.

The Lightest Bistable Power Relay
The MPR10 is a single pole, bistable power relay. It was designed for switching high current loads and for disconnecting the battery from the on-board electrical system.
For the switching operation, the MPR10 only requires a short current pulse. Afterwards, the permanent magnets hold the contact reliably closed at no
load. Materials of superior quality make the MPR10 the lightest water-proof and dust-proof power relay in the market. It offers extremely flexible installation
options in utility vehicles.
A range of mounting versions allows direct replacement of standard relays. The MPR10 can carry or switch up to 300A continuous current at DC 12V and 24V.

ZF’s battery-free and wireless RF pushbutton module is now being celebrated with the launch of ZF’s stamp ‘Energy Harvesting by ZF’. Partners can use ZF’s new stamp to help market their products using the compact generator by highlighting their commitment to a sustainable technology.
Wireless / Battery-Free / Maintenance-Free:
A tiny and compact generator (20.1 x 7.3 x 14.3 mm) produces enough energy by pressing the button by means of induction, so that it can reliably transmit RF commands to a paired receiver. As a wireless solution it guarantees flexibility and the possibility to retrofit easily according to individual requirements. As a battery-free solution and with a lifetime of 1,000,000 switching cycles, maintenance and disposal requirements of battery replacements can be avoided.
The RF light switch module from ZF is the only one which is directly compatible with the RF standard KNX-RF and it supports the RF standard EnOcean3.0 too. In cooperation with onsemi, ZF has published a reference design for an Energy Harvesting Bluetooth5.0® Low Energy switch and a demo light switch module. It is compatible with standard frames and can also be combined with customer-specific control and design panels.

Contactless, highly precise and now also individually color-customizable: The new Schurter TTS RGB extends the technical finesse of the TTS switch introduced last year with the popular RGB functionality.
The TTS family is getting a new member in the form of a color-customizable variant, called: TTS RGB. All TTS switches use the highly precise Time-of-Flight (ToF) technology. Light is emitted by a transmitter and reflected by one or more objects. The reflected light beams are then detected and the distance is determined from the time of flight.
Colorful Ring Illumination:
In addition to the pre-programmed bicolor switches, which are available in "Momentary" and "Latching" versions, the new RGB variant makes things much more colorful. Depending on the wiring, the customer can easily set the ring illumination color as desired.
High Reliability:
By default, the detection distance is programmed for 20 to 60 mm. This ensures that wiping/cleaning the switch surface will not trigger a signal. An advantage of ToF technology is that this sensor technology has no problems in differentiating dark from light surfaces. White or black objects: this has no effect on detection quality or speed.
Since the TTS has no moving parts, its service life is more than 20 million switching cycles. Thanks to its high IP protection class and the ability to "detect" rain, this switch is also ideally suited for outdoor use.
Application Areas:
The contactless switches of the TTS RGB family are extremely multifunctional. They can be used wherever contact should be avoided to the greatest possible extent. Examples would be doors, garbage cans, parking systems and sanitary areas.

The IWR-1 is a single channel receiver designed to pair with any of the Sensata range of IWT wireless transmitters to form a cost-effective replacement of traditional wired transducers. This offers a low cost solution to inaccessible or expensive installation environment.
The receiver has a user selectable voltage or mA output corresponding to the calibrated range of the remote Wireless Transducer and 5A rated changeover contacts for alarm functionality.
User configuration is possible, however the single channel transmitter/ receiver combination is designed to work ‘out of the box’ offering a simple plug and play solution to remote measurement applications. With the standard 0dBI antenna, a line-of-sight range of up to 500 m can be achieved and, using the optional 3dBI antenna, up to 750m (LOS) is achievable.
